Okay worst part is over now - Vanessa’s got used to the idea of some more chicks.
The eggs have started hatching a little sooner than I planned. Monty hatched after just 18 days incubation and Trevor after 19 days.
Both Monty and Trevor will be normal pearl in colour as they are both yellow coloured chicks.
I’m expecting at least another one of the eggs to hatch - and I’m really hoping for a whiteface female one that I can keep to pair up with a chick from Barnaby and Buttercup. More info here.
